The focus of our training courses is always on the topics, vocabulary and language skills which are most important for your employees/colleagues. This allows every participant to work on the specific areas most appropriate for their jobs and language levels .
In order to tailor make each course to company-specific needs we thoroughly research your company and its business. Most of our in-house created teaching material is written for specific departments/areas of responsibility and where necessary even for individual companies.
When it comes to organizational details you can expect both a friendly and professional service and a high degree of flexibility, so where and when you would like your language training to take place is wholly up to you. Most of our customers choose to use their own rooms but we offer 7 pleasant and quiet teaching rooms of various sizes here at LINGUA FRANCA, which are particularly popular for intensive courses and give participants a chance to study in peace.
Our Blended Learning concept means that the face-to-face teaching situation is complemented by our broad spectrum of interactive online exercises in our customer area , to which all participants have unlimited access. The exercises are written and structured in such as way as to allow for self-study of topics covered in class.
All participants also receive a weekly email – e(nglish)-mail – containing grammar and vocabulary exercises and can also train their English at Test Your Business English . Trainers also integrate exercises using CDs, DVDs and Podcasts into their lessons.
Most of our corporate customers choose a mixture of the following types of course : extensive group courses, executive language coaching and intensive courses. If required, we can additionally offer business skills workshops, specialized language/skill training seminars and cross-cultural workshops.
LINGUA FRANCA trainers are highly qualified native speakers, who know how to communicate their mother tongue in a patient and fun way. Our ongoing, internal training (Train the Trainer) guarantees that the LINGUA FRANCA methodology is consistently put into practice.

If it's important for you to check the language learning progress of your employees we recommend that they sit the TOEIC test for Business English at regular intervals (e.g. every 1-2 years). LINGUA FRANCA is one of the certified test centers for TOEIC in Frankfurt. It can take place at LINGUA FRANCA in Frankfurt Stadtmitte or in your company, if you'd prefer.
